The latest version of Livewire has now simplified the process of getting FREE Artizen Updates. This latest version introduces faster downloads, version checking before downloading and a better visual status indicator. All these combine to make Artizen HDR the only Graphic Design Package to offer complete online updating without having to uninstall previous versions. In addition to this Artizen HDR also ensures that any failed updates can always be undone to restore the previous version of Artizen, which can be right after updating or weeks down the road the choice is yours.

<Update Steps>

IMPORTANT: ARTIZEN CANNOT BE RUNNING DURING THE UPDATE PROCESS. THIS WILL CAUSE THE UPDATE TO FAIL.

• Open Livewire located under the start menu or by using the Wizard right in Artizen. Close Artizen before updating. 
• Click Update. This step could take between <1 - 15 min depending on your internet access.
• Once complete, close Livewire and start using Artizen.
• Done.

NOTE: If the update states that your system is up to date, but your know that a new update has been made available. You can use the Cleanup.exe tool located in the Artizen HDR application directory. This will reset the update process and allow any update to come through.

<Restore Steps>

• If any problems occur during the update process or for some reason an update has fatal bugs you can revert to the previous version.
• Open Livewire located under the start menu.
• Click Restore.
• Done.
